AMARE has two fully-equipped large column free studios with professional dance floor, pantry, toilet, large and comfortable lounge and reception area are available for short-term and long-term rental at an affordable price. We offer complimentary WIFI, Coway water dispenser in the lounge and pantry area. A total of 30 parking in the building with 24hrs in house security with CCTV access. Both studio are fitted with international standard flooring, air conditioning, mirrors, fixed and portable barres.
Our Rental
STUDIO 1 – 1971 SQ FT
The studio is fully air-conditioned and equipped with barres, mirrors, piano and sound system (CDs, MP3, IPOD, USB, Bluetooth). The dance floor rests on supreme vinyl wood flooring with raised sprung floor and rubber underlays. It can be divide into 2 studio (a & b) with movable panel door. Ideal for rehearsal, auditions, workshop, photo and filming shooting.

RM 150 per hours
Package Rate :
RM500 for 4 hours (Half Day or utilized within a month)
Package Rate :
RM1000 for 8 hours (Full Day or utilized within 2 months)
STUDIO 2 – 1507 SQ FT
The studio is fully air-conditioned and equipped with barres, mirror and sound system (CDs, MP3, IPOD, USB, Bluetooth). The dance floor rests on supreme solid wood flooring with raised sprung floor and rubber underlays. Ideal for rehearsal, auditions, workshop, photo and filming shooting.

RM 130 per hours
Package Rate:
RM450 for 4 hours (Half Day or utilized within a month)
Package Rate:
RM900 for 8 hours (Full Day or utilized within 2 months)
RENTAL POLICIES
The below are the terms and condition that apply to the dance studio rental:
All booking must be made at least one (1) week before the studio is needed and subject to availability and approval.

A non-refundable deposit (50% of the total rental amount) is required and full payment to be paid at time of rental.
Cancellations must be made within 48 hours in advance in order to receive credit valid for future rental otherwise the reserved studio must be paid in full.
Rental time must be respected as studio usage may be back to back with another rental.
Renter must vacate the studio promptly at the end of rental period, removing all tape markings, personal belongings, etc. from the studio, or else a surcharge will be applied.
Smoking are not permitted in the premises.
Street Shoes are not permitted in the premises.
No food or drinks other than water allow in the studio however ALL BOTTLE must be discarded.
Any damage to the equipment’s or facilities will be charged to the renter.
Registered Amare Dance Academy students are entitled for 50% discount off the standard rate.
